Karina Lang creates wedding ceremonies that touch the heart. She has been working full-time as a wedding officiant since 2011 and accompanies couples from all over Germany—from intimate elopements in the mountains to destination weddings in Italy or Spain. What matters most is that the location holds meaning for her couples. She’ll be right there with you, wherever you want to celebrate your love.
Her role as a wedding officiant is to create moments that move people—moments full of depth that also bring a sense of lightness, moments for tears of joy and heartfelt laughter alike. Her focus is on ensuring that every ceremony is as unique as love itself.
During the planning process, Karina listens attentively. She’s not interested in facts and figures, but in the stories that have shaped you: the quiet moments, the small gestures, and the big decisions that have led you here. She translates these moments into words that move you—sometimes profound, sometimes lighthearted and humorous, but always authentic.
For your wedding ceremony, Karina creates an atmosphere where you can let yourselves go. Her speeches are elegant, heartfelt, and free of dialect—she speaks in standard German, so every word feels clear and natural. Close collaboration with wedding planners and other service providers is also important to her, ensuring that your ceremony flows seamlessly.

Where can we get married?
For your wedding ceremony, I’ll be there for you throughout the Munich area, as well as throughout Germany, and of course at your destination wedding—whether you decide to get married in Tuscany or the South of France, for example. I’ll be wherever you want to celebrate your love.
Are the preliminary discussions in person, online, or do they all take place in writing?
When it comes to preparing for your wedding ceremony, I rely on consultations—either in person or online; both options are available. If the distance between us and our schedule allow it, I’d be happy to meet with you in person for our pre-wedding consultation. However, if that isn’t possible, a video call works just as well. Many of my couples live in other regions. Nevertheless, we can still prepare perfectly without any issues, and I’ve had excellent experiences with this approach.
How many meetings should we schedule?
To see if we click, it makes sense to have an initial—and, of course, non-binding—meeting. After all, there should be a “spark” between us, just as there is between the two of you. To plan and design your ceremony, we’ll have a detailed wedding consultation focused entirely on you, your story, and your wishes for your non-religious wedding ceremony. Finally, before your wedding, we’ll have a final call to go over the last details and clarify any remaining questions. Then we’re ready to go. So, we’ll have at least three meetings. I’ll be available to you throughout the entire period leading up to your wedding and will support you in bringing your wedding wishes to life.
We have live music and/or a wedding planner. Will you coordinate with them?
Of course, we’ll coordinate everything before the wedding ceremony. I’ll provide all the service providers involved—from the photographer to the singer—with a detailed schedule, and I’m happy to call them if they have any questions. I usually coordinate with your wedding planners via a quick video call to discuss the finer details and ensure everything runs smoothly.
