How complicated is it to set up and operate the photo booth?
The entire process has been designed to be as simple and stress-free as possible for you. It basically consists of four steps: 1. Booking: You can check availability and reserve your preferred package directly on our website with just a few clicks. No deposit is required—which makes the booking process especially secure. 2. Logistics: You choose the option that works best for you: Either pick up the compact photo booth at one of our 16 locations in Germany, or have it conveniently delivered by us—including setup and pickup at your venue. 3. Setup: The photo booth is ready to use in less than five minutes: Set up the tripod, attach the booth, plug it in—and you’re done. 4. Operation: The photo booth is fully automatic. Your guests can operate it on their own using the intuitive touchscreen—no on-site supervision is needed.
When should we book the photo booth?
Our goal is to take as much work off your hands as possible so you can focus entirely on your celebration. Before the celebration: All you need to do is send us your preferences for the print design—such as names, the wedding date, or a logo. We’ll take care of the rest: from technical setup and layout to ensuring we have enough paper and ink. On the day of the celebration: The photo booth only requires a space of about 2 × 2 meters and a power outlet. You can set it up yourself or—if you prefer—our team will handle it.
How good is the quality of the photos?
You can count on studio-quality results. Every Renty photo booth is equipped with a high-resolution DSLR camera—a world apart from systems that use tablets or webcams. Thanks to studio-quality flashes and dimmable LED lighting, you’ll get brilliant photos even in challenging lighting conditions. We’ll customize the prints to your exact specifications—with names, dates, themes, or logos. That way, every photo becomes a truly personal keepsake.
Could the paper run out before the print job is finished?
It’s understandable to worry about running out of paper—but with Renty, that concern is unfounded. The Digital Photo Booth package is ideal if you want to receive and share the photos digitally. The Premium Print Photo Booth package is perfect if you want your guests to take a keepsake home with them right away. The comprehensive wedding package combines the Fotobox with a sound system for up to 160 people—ideal for lively dancing and funny photos. The Premium Print package includes 400 prints—in our experience, that’s more than enough for a long night of partying. No need for refills.
What happens if there is a technical problem after all?
We want your wedding to go off without a hitch—that’s why we rely exclusively on reliable equipment. We’ll give you a personalized walkthrough right when we hand everything over to you. You can optionally book our delivery service, which includes setup and takedown. Video tutorials are also available to you at any time. Should a problem arise, you can reach our support team daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.—by phone or video call. That way, you’re always well taken care of.
