View GalleryHow did you get into this line of work?
I grew up with a dad who is a gardener and florist—so my love for flowers and nature was instilled in me from the very beginning. It was clear to me early on that I wanted to use my hands to create something creative. Floristry has given me exactly that: the opportunity to express emotions through flowers and to be there for people on special occasions.
What do you love most about weddings?
What I love about weddings is that they’re full of emotion, love, and personal stories. Every wedding is unique—just like the people behind it. It moves me to be a part of this special day through my floral arrangements and to create an atmosphere, warmth, and personality with flowers. Helping to shape these special moments fills me with great joy and gratitude every single time.
What trends do you like?
I love it when a decoration is really floral and lush—preferably with unique, natural blooms that look like they’re fresh from the garden. It’s important to me that it looks vibrant while still remaining stylish. Candles are a must for me—they bring warmth, romance, and a very special atmosphere to any room. I’m also particularly enthusiastic about combining colors—bold, harmonious color schemes make every arrangement unique and vibrant. Every design should reflect the bride and groom while still feeling modern and contemporary.
As a bride and groom, what should we keep in mind when it comes to floral arrangements?
A bride and groom should realize just how important flowers and decorations are for the atmosphere and the overall look of the wedding. They give the day personality, highlight your style, and make many moments even more emotional. I think it’s especially important to work together—professionally, but also on a very personal level—to develop a cohesive overall concept that suits you and tells your story. Trust your vendors, communicate your wishes openly, but also stay open to creative ideas. After all, the most beautiful concepts often emerge from a collaborative exchange. And: Plan ahead—especially if specific flowers or unique details are important to you. That way, together we’ll create something that not only looks beautiful but also feels just right for you in every way.
