We have a digital rental catalog where you’ll find all our items with photos, prices, available quantities, dimensions, and more. Feel free to request the catalog via email, WhatsApp, or Instagram—it’s easy and there’s no obligation—and browse through it at your leisure. If you’d like to visit our location, please schedule an appointment, as we don’t have set business hours. Here’s a brief overview of our items: various vases, flower arrangement bowls, candle holders, tea light holders, lanterns, table numbers, card holders, table runners, napkins, chair covers, beer table and beer bench covers, place mats, supplies for candy bars and snack bars, as well as étagères, photo corners, kids’ corners, games for all ages, wedding arches, rugs, wedding chairs, as well as dried flowers, bar tables, seating charts, customizable signs, a party tent, a champagne display, gallery pedestals, string lights, shepherd’s crooks, and much more.
What services do you offer?
You have three wonderful options for designing your wedding decorations exactly the way you want them: 1. DIY Wedding: Choose your favorite items from our rental catalog and let us know how many of each you’d like. We’ll then send you a personalized quote. On the agreed-upon date, you can usually pick up the decorations on Thursday and return them after the wedding, usually on Sunday. Cleaning of the items is included—for a more relaxed time after the wedding. 2. DIY with Delivery and Pickup: The same principle as the DIY option, except that the decorations are delivered directly to your venue and picked up again after the wedding. You can easily set up the decorations yourself—giving you full control and flexibility. 3. Full Service: Our all-inclusive, worry-free package! We’ll help you design and select your decor items and are happy to advise you, including with test setups in our showroom or directly on-site at your venue. Before your wedding, we’ll deliver the decor and handle the setup and takedown, so you can focus entirely on your celebration. This package is perfect for anyone who wants a stress-free planning period or isn’t able to set up the decor themselves.
What is your service area?
We always say: As far as our van will take us! So far, we've worked all over Bavaria and Austria, but we'd be happy to go even further, of course.
Do you also offer floral arrangements?
As far as our floral services go, we don’t offer any arrangements other than ready-made dried flower arrangements and bouquets; we leave that to the professional florists. One highlight is our XXL arch made of dried gypsophila—it looks almost exactly like fresh gypsophila! We focus on the decorations and work closely with the florists of your choice. This way, you have not just one professional, but two professionals at work—each specializing in their own area. To make things as easy as possible for you, we’re of course happy to collaborate with your chosen florists. If you don’t have a specific florist in mind or need a recommendation, we can also recommend our partner florist, Verena Maria Florales. We’re also happy to handle the early delivery of the vases to the florist so they can arrange them. The vases and other floral arrangements will then either be picked up by us on the setup day and arranged at the venue, or the florists will come directly to the venue.
Who's behind Bohovaria? Is it all about boho here?
Hi there! I’m Lisa (Marie), the owner of Bohovaria Eventdesign, and I’m from a small village in the beautiful northern Bavarian Forest, in the Cham district. I live here in a little cottage with my husband and our two cats. I’m creative, connected to nature and my homeland, and warm-hearted. I believe these words best describe my personality and, by extension, the meaning of the little word “BohoVaria (Bohemian + Bavaria).” Bohemian stands for a love of freedom, art, peace, love, and joy. The style describes an unconventional and creative approach to life. For me, it’s much more than just a trend. For me, “Bavaria” represents a deep connection to home, unspoiled nature with vast meadows and forests; preserving old traditions and blending them with modernity. So the word “BohoVaria” primarily reflects my personality, while the style we offer represents a distinct category of its own. In other words: No, of course we don’t just offer Boho!
