Nicolas Kreil is the CEO of Austria Wedding & Bavaria Wedding, which puts him in daily contact with wedding service providers—photographers, wedding planners, wedding officiants, and many more. Before founding the company, he ran a wedding planning business in Vorarlberg with his wife, Michelle Kreil . Nicolas also continues to work as a wedding DJ to this day. A family man and soccer fan, he’s a natural-born networker who enjoys connecting with people. Values like fairness and respect are particularly important to him, and he regularly conveys these not only to his employees but also to service providers in the wedding industry. Whether it’s participating in the Luft & Liebe® Wedding Festival, collaborating with partner companies, or making an entry in a wedding directory—Nicolas never relies on anonymous mass emails; instead, he prefers to call people personally and inquire directly.
