If you’re looking for a special highlight for your wedding that will delight your guests and create unforgettable moments of enjoyment, the “Rolling Café” coffee bike offers the perfect mobile coffee experience. This unique coffee bike brings professional barista-quality coffee right to your venue. The three-wheeled coffee bar isn’t just a real eye-catcher—it’s also completely self-sufficient: Requiring just 6 m² of space and capable of operating for up to fourteen hours without an electrical or water connection, the coffee makers can serve you almost anywhere—whether outdoors, in a barn, in a banquet hall, or in the garden.
The experienced baristas will treat you and your guests to certified organic coffee from a German family-owned roastery that’s both aromatic and sustainably sourced. In addition to classics like cappuccino and espresso, the “Rolling Café” also offers unique latte specialties to make your wedding celebration truly one-of-a-kind. Whether it’s a Black Forest Cherry Latte, Mint Choc Latte, Pistachio Choc Latte, or a spicy Pumpkin Spice Latte—there’s something for every taste. The team will be happy to coordinate with you in advance to determine which specialties you’d like to offer. The coffee is always freshly ground just before brewing and then prepared in a portafilter machine so that each drink can develop its full flavor. For non-coffee drinkers, there are also delicious alternatives such as chai latte (spiced or vanilla), hot chocolate, and a selection of organic teas. Depending on the season, we also serve rotating specials: warming treats in winter and refreshing drinks like iced tea in summer. Upon request, “Rolling Café” can expand its menu to include aperitifs, coffee drinks with a shot, mulled wine, smoothies, or sweet treats like muffins, donuts, and pastries.
With its distinctive retro look, the Coffee-Bike is also a real visual highlight. Warm wood, nostalgic design, and thoughtful details blend harmoniously into any wedding setting. Whether you choose an all-inclusive flat-rate package or a pay-as-you-go option, the choice is entirely up to you. The “Rolling Café” team will be happy to provide you with a customized quote.
How much space does the Coffee-Bike need?
Our Coffee-Bike requires 6 square meters of space and a door width of at least 1.25 meters to park it indoors.
What connections does the Coffee-Bike need?
It can operate all day without a water or power connection, since it can also run on a rechargeable battery and a gas cylinder. If a power connection is available, a standard outlet (Schuko plug) on its own circuit is sufficient (do not connect a refrigerator or TV to the same circuit).
What drinks do you offer?
We serve certified organic coffee from a German family-owned roastery, freshly ground and brewed in a portafilter machine. We also offer specialty lattes such as Black Forest Cherry Latte, Mint-Chocolate Latte, Pistachio-Chocolate Latte, and Pumpkin Spice Latte. We also offer chai lattes, hot chocolate, organic tea, seasonal specials, chilled beverages in the summer, and—upon request—alcoholic options as well as pastries. Let’s talk about your ideas—we’re sure we can make most of them happen.
Can we decide for ourselves how billing works?
Yes! You can either book the Coffee-Bike as an all-inclusive flat-rate package or have your guests pay for their own drinks. The duration of service is flexible. We’ll work around your schedule and discuss in advance how long you’ll need us. We’d be happy to provide you with a customized quote so you can take your time to go over the details.
Will the Coffee-Bike look good at our wedding?
Absolutely. With its retro look, warm wooden accents, and thoughtful details, the Coffee Bike is a real showstopper. It blends seamlessly into any wedding setting—whether elegant, modern, boho, or rustic. For your wedding, we’re happy to serve drinks in porcelain cups or glasses, and we can also decorate the bike to match your theme upon request. And if you’d like a special entrance: Our Coffee Bike is fully roadworthy, so we can even stage a small, stylish entrance or create a special moment. Just let us know.
